You’ve noticed your family relationships feel strained or distant.
Contact has become increasingly difficult to maintain, or broken down completely.
Or there has been a significant rupture, and one or more of you has stopped contact.
You’re left questioning everything, with conversations replaying in your mind, and a strong sense of hurt, confusion, and loss.
Often, the people around you do not fully understand the emotional impact this can have
On the outside you may appear successful and together, driven, on top of things. Your mind is constantly busy, moving quickly between ideas, priorities and directions, all competing for attention at the same time.
But underneath, it can feel impossible to switch off. You may find yourself forgetting to stop or eat, working unsustainable hours, or not getting enough sleep. Inevitably, what follows are periods where everything feels much harder to prioritise or sustain.
If you are ADHD, diagnosed, or you suspect you might be, you could well be struggling to find your rhythm or balance in daily life.
Men's mental health matters deeply to me. It's an area I feel genuinely passionate about, and one where I have extensive experience.
I know finding the right therapist isn't always straightforward, and there's a lot of noise right now about how men should be.
I'm not here to add to that.
The men I work with come with real concerns - relationships, work, identity, family, anger, loss.
I understand what it means to reach out. When you're ready, I'd like to help.

“to be yourself in a world that is constantly
trying to make you something else is the greatest accomplishment"
~ Ralph Waldo Emerson ~
